4. 1 collection method

The collection of auction targets refers to the activities of the auctioneer to find and choose auction resources, which generally includes two ways: perennial collection and directional collection.

4.2 Collection requirements

The auction target of collected cultural relics shall conform to the provisions of the state on the scope of the auction target of cultural relics, and be consistent with the auction qualification of cultural relics of enterprises.

An auctioneer may publicize his solicitation activities through appropriate media before solicitation, and the main publicity contents include: solicitation time, solicitation place, solicitation scope and contact information.

When collecting auction targets, an auctioneer shall arrange relevant professionals to participate in on-site collection activities, and bring a copy of the auctioneer's business license or relevant certificates stamped with the official seal.

An auctioneer shall abide by the provisions of the state on the entry and exit management of cultural relics when collecting auction targets abroad.
