Every colleague standing here meets the basic requirements of senior teacher competition, and I have also won some honors during my three-year work in/kloc-0, including xxxxx and other honors. I always believe that although the honor is related to my own efforts, it is more important that the leaders can trust you to give this opportunity, and my colleagues can do their best to support and help you sincerely, so I have never been complacent about these honors. On the contrary, I think those who can really be unknown and work hard in the front line of education are the most admirable and proud.

Every year before I step onto this podium, I think, what should I say to my colleagues? Today, I want to share some of my feelings with you. It is often said that teachers should "love the school as home and the children". I always think that this is just a slogan, and no one can really do it. But recently, I have a new understanding of this sentence. Not long ago, when Yuan Bo High School faced a shortage of teachers, I gained the trust and trust of the school leaders. On June 3, the day after I just sent off a group of senior three children, I walked into the classroom of the new senior three. To tell the truth, I hesitated when I first received this task, but this hesitation only lasted for a few seconds. As party member, we should unconditionally obey the arrangement of the organization; As teachers, we should not choose students, nor should we give up any students on our own initiative. So, I adjusted my mentality and completed my first meeting with my new classmates in the best condition. It was this meeting that gave me a great shock. I saw lovely faces, but most of them lost their innocent happiness at this age. Some can't wait to learn from you, but they are unable to do so; Some want to leave a good impression on the teacher, but they really can't hold on and can't resist the drowsiness. Even if you sleep, you should sit and sleep. Suddenly I feel particularly distressed. Some self-destructive eyes are still eager for the teacher's attention. This is completely different from the feeling I had when I first took a part-time class for the Expo Park a few years ago. After I came home to see my son, I realized that it was because I was a mother now. When I saw them, I couldn't help feeling as distressed as my own children, and I hated iron for not turning into steel. At the end of class, the students gathered around them in small groups. When I heard their simple sentence: "Teacher, we all like you", I seemed to hear my son say: "Mom, I love you". My whole heart has been released, and my anger, complaints, hesitation and all uncertainties have vanished, which makes me feel more precious than any honor.

So, I thought of this sentence that I once regarded as a slogan: Love school as home, love life as a child. Although we may not be able to do this, this sentence guides our career path, a correct direction to calm our hearts and purify our hearts. Therefore, in the future, I will give these children more warmth like my own children. Although my strength is insignificant, as long as I can influence and change a person, it is success for me. As the saying goes, "Be a teacher, a friend and a parent".

Today is the third time that I have stood in this position to compete for the title of senior teacher. Compared with the previous two times, I feel more nervous and urgent at the moment. It is really complicated to watch colleagues who graduated at the same time enter the ranks of senior teachers one after another. On the one hand, I am really happy for them. On the other hand, when I am alone, I am always used to reflecting on my own shortcomings, which also makes me truly feel the cruel test of the continuous efforts of the old-timers who have witnessed bit by bit.
