How to make fresh taro in coco fresh taro milk tea

Ingredients: 1. Half a bowl of pearl fruit, 2. 3 small bags of black tea, 2. One spoonful of taro powder, 3. One spoonful of coffee mate, 4. One spoonful of honey

Method

1. Honey water: The ratio of honey to water is 1:1 (generally milk tea shops use sugar water, but we use honey water at home!)

2. Boil the pearls: First boil the water, pour the pearls in and stir until boiling, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, open the cover and stir, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, then use cold water. After taking a shower, add some honey water (the purpose is to prevent the pearls from drying out, and the chewing texture of the pearls is also sweet). The ratio of water to pearls is 1:8 (1 pearl, 8 water)

3. Make black tea: Put 3 small bags of black tea into 600 ml of water and boil

4. How to make milk tea: Take a 500ML cup, add an appropriate amount of pearls, a spoonful of honey water, a spoonful of coffee mate, a spoonful of taro powder, Then pour in the black tea water and stir it evenly while brewing (if it’s cold, add ice cubes, if it’s warm, mix it with purified water)
