What are the structures displayed by full-mouth curved surface tomography?

Curved tomography is an X-ray photography technique applied to oral examination, which can examine the maxillary, mandibular and whole mouth.

Abnormal results: Curved section can show bilateral maxilla, mandible, maxillary sinus, temporomandibular joint and full mouth teeth on one film, which is often used to observe tumors, trauma, inflammation and deformity of maxilla and their relationship with surrounding tissues. Mandibular and maxillary curved films are mainly used to observe the lesions of maxilla or mandible respectively, and the corresponding images displayed are clearer than those of full-mouth curved films.

People who need to be examined: people with abnormal oral and mandibular pain.
