Biography of Guti

1940 joined the revolution in February.

1944 1 joined the producers' party in China, and then went to the Education College of North China United University for further study. In September, he joined the Eighth Route Army, entered the first photography training class of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Military Region, and studied news photography with Sha Fei and Shi. Engaged in pictorial work in the army 15 years, successively served as director, group leader, editorial board member, secretary of the Party branch and director of Yangguan Society in Jinchaji Pictorial, Huabei Pictorial and People's Liberation Army Pictorial.

1953 Participated in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, and won the second and third class merit.

1957 "anti-rightist" was beaten.

1958 changed jobs in Shanxi in September, and served as full-time photojournalist and editor of Shanxi culture and drama, photography leader of Shanxi drama research room, photography editor and reporter of Shanxi People's Publishing House, reviewer at the level, and editor-in-chief of Shanxi Pictorial. 1987 was awarded the title of editor (Gao Zheng). More than 5,600 photos and works of art were published, 160 works were selected for film exhibitions in Shanxi Province, North China and the whole country, and 12 works were exhibited abroad.

1987 exhibited works 150 pieces, 15 pieces won prizes in the province. He has published more than 80 articles and co-authored 4 books, each with a total contribution of1.4000 words or more. Among them, "A Brief History of Photography in China Liberated Area" co-authored with Fang Wei won the first prize of literature and art research monograph in China Liberated Area; 10 compiled the Dictionary of Literature and Art in China Liberated Area.

1993, won the second prize of books in East China; Co-authored The Historical Reproduction of Sublime Beauty with Zie Cai.

1996, won the 10th China Book Award. China was published in Beijing by three co-authors 1998, who jointly filmed the album calendar of Famous Flowers in the Netherlands, and 199 1 won the bronze prize of the National Art Book; Photo of "Investigation of Ancient Buildings in Shanxi" (Deputy Photographer).

199 1 won the national silver award for art books, and dozens of works were selected into many award-winning albums in China. He used to be a member of Shanxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles and vice chairman of Shanxi Photographers Association, and now he holds more than a dozen social positions such as manager, member, deputy director and vice chairman of various photography, literary and art mass organizations and academic institutions in the country and the province.

1996 China Folk Photography Association awarded China Folk Photography Association the title of scholar. His works have been included in more than ten dictionaries, such as China Photographer's Dictionary, Who's Who of Contemporary Art in China, and Son of the East.
