A collection of basic photography knowledge and shooting skills.

The Qingming small holiday is coming soon. Everyone must have a travel plan. How can I take good-looking portrait photos during my trip? Bian Xiao summed up some portrait shooting skills for everyone to learn:

Where are the pictures of the characters in the big scene? You don't need too many expressions, and you don't have to worry about camera embarrassment. You don't have to look at the camera, your posture is more casual and it's easier to take pictures. Not too hard, deliberately posing. The portrait of the environment is more artistic.

Shooting idea: Keep the lens away from the characters, don't shoot too many sundries, and use the big scene to form a sense of size contrast with the characters.

When taking portraits, making good use of light and shadow effects will make the photos more layered and more attractive than the same small fresh head. Shadow, architectural light and shadow, street light and shadow, etc. , you can shoot scenes. It is worth noting that light and shadow should be used properly to prevent overexposure of the face.

But if you really want to expose the background, you need to control the proportion of background highlights. Because there are too many overexposed pictures.

There are too many overexposed parts in the above picture, which are dazzling; The picture below is much better.

There are many ways to cover your face, such as hair, side face, balloon, ice cream and so on. Photographers use back shots, after all, this shooting angle can be really high.

Shooting under a tree will form mottled spots and shadows; A small oblique angle at sunset may leave shadows on eaves, railings, etc.

In view of this problem, we can be more careful when framing and composing, and don't let the blocked shadow fall on our faces;

If the lighting conditions are very complicated and shadows are unavoidable, such as under a tree, where there are light spots everywhere, then props can be considered to filter and soften the light.

Use props such as soft umbrellas and soft boards, or take a thin white cloth to filter the light, and the shadows will not be so thick.

The shadow on the face is not obvious after filtering.

A good back photo may be more attractive than a front photo, because the back can create a lot of imagination. Maybe you don't look good without makeup, or you think you look ordinary and don't want to show your face, but people with camera embarrassment can take pictures of their backs, which are more mysterious.

Texture of light

The uncontrollable nature of natural light has always been a difficult problem. Even if the weather is fine, the intensity of light is still difficult to control. Let's first understand the characteristics of light with different textures—

Card camera

There is no clear concept of card camera in the industry. Only those small shapes, relatively thin bodies and ultra-thin and fashionable designs are the main standards to measure this kind of digital cameras. Its advantages are ultra-thin and light. The disadvantage is that the manual function is weak, the large LCD screen consumes a lot of power, and the lens performance is poor, so it is generally impossible to replace the lens. Focusing and shooting are slow.

Basic knowledge of photography: focal length, aperture, shutter, depth of field, sensitivity, exposure, light and composition.

Focal length: the distance from the center of the lens to the focal point. The unit of focal length is usually expressed in mm, and the focal length of the lens is usually marked in front of the lens.

Macro lens: ultra-close shooting, such as shooting insects, jewelry and so on.

Walking or jumping up is more vivid than standing up straight, and the photos taken are not so boring and monotonous. I believe many people understand this truth, because you can see people jumping up in major tourist attractions, and you will know how popular this way of taking pictures is. It is worth noting that continuous shooting mode is the best way to take pictures of running and jumping, which can capture more natural gestures.

Some props can make people feel more artistic like photos, such as leaves, balloons, dolls, cotton candy, bicycles, soda, sunglasses, hats, scarves and so on. The addition of props can make the picture more vivid and natural, and the expression of the model is stronger.

Don't pose deliberately.

Many people don't know how to put their hands and feet when taking pictures, and their facial expressions are stiff, which makes the photos look unnatural. In fact, you don't have to pursue gestures too deliberately, just be casual. This may be a bit difficult for us ordinary people. Photographers pay attention to capturing the most natural moments of models.

At the same time, we also need to pay attention to the framing of photos. It is best to find a scene with clean background and no clutter to shoot, combine the background environment, do some physical movements naturally, or have some interaction with the environment, and shoot a natural and life-like artistic conception. This is also a good way to make photos surpass tourists.

Shutter priority: the function dial is turned to TV, and shutter priority is mostly used for shooting moving objects, especially sports shooting. When shooting a moving object, the subject is blurred, mostly because the shutter speed is not fast enough. In this case, use the shutter priority mode, roughly determine a shutter value, and then shoot. And the motion of the object is generally regular, then the shutter value can also be roughly estimated. For example, the shutter speed for photographing pedestrians is only1125 seconds, while it takes11000 seconds for photographing falling water droplets.

Depth of field: the relatively clear range of an image. N aperture, the distance between the lens and the subject are important factors that affect the depth of field;

1, the larger the aperture, the smaller the depth of field, and the smaller the aperture, the greater the depth of field.

2. The longer the focal length of the lens, the smaller the depth of field, and vice versa.

3. The closer the subject is, the smaller the depth of field is, and the farther the subject is, the greater the depth of field is.

We can often see the blurred background (called small depth of field) in photos of flowers, insects and so on.

Shutter: A shutter is a device that blocks light from coming in front of the lens and allows light to irradiate the film for a period of time. Generally speaking, the larger the shutter time range, the better. We use t to represent speed.

The speed value series includes the following parts: 30s, 15s, 8s, 1/2s, 1/4s, 1/30s, 1/60s, 1/60s.

Shutter shooting shutter speed: suitable for capturing moving objects.
