What is the midsummer equation?
"Summer's Formula" is a 128-minute feature film produced by Fuji TV and distributed by Toho Pictures. The film is directed by Hiroshi Nishitani, written by Yasushi Fukuda, and stars Masaharu Fukuyama, Yuriko Yoshitaka, Ikki Kitamura, Anzu, and Gin Maeda. It was released in Japan on June 29, 2013.
The film is adapted from the novel of the same name written by Keigo Satono. It tells the story of a quasi-professor of university physics who solves a suspenseful incident in a seaside town called Glasspool.
