How to analyze a movie from the perspective of photography

You should analyze the work from the following angles: lighting, composition, tone, setting and theme: what light is used in this work, natural light or lighting, smooth light, backlight, top light, bottom light or side light and side backlight; What is the author's purpose of using light, and what is the composition effect? According to the composition of the work, it is generally needless to say that it is too deep. We just need to know what role the subject can play in the nine squares: that is, what kind of feelings and atmosphere are conveyed by the tone, cool color or warm color of the whole photo. Close shot-close shot-middle shot-panorama-prospect, what kind of scenery did the author shoot? Tell yourself warily before each shot, be sure to pay attention to the composition, and don't take the photo askew. Be sure to show your face a little, so as to look good or something. Some tricks of patterning, it seems that you can also take good photos. Slowly, I got used to this traditional shooting method, and some people even liked it. Through the careful study of pictures in the four-week course, I have a new understanding of photography. Especially in portrait photography, when I typed my understanding on the computer screen, I encountered a headache, that is, if I typed my ideas directly, I could not express my understanding accurately, so I had to find a platform or carrier. I searched hard in piles of portrait photography, and finally I was moved by the photos of world celebrities taken by Deng Wei. I decided to use his photography as the carrier of my photo analysis homework last week. Yitzhak Rabin, Nobel Peace Prize winner, Israeli Prime Minister. In order to film Israeli Prime Minister Rabin, Deng Wei kept in touch for three years. At the end of 1994, he received a fax from Prime Minister Rabin's office. "If your time is right and Prime Minister Rabin has time, we hope to arrange a pleasant meeting in Tel Aviv." Prime Minister Rabin won the Nobel Peace Prize that year. Before he went to Deng Wei to receive the prize, he left more than ten minutes to shoot in his busy schedule. When Deng Wei came to Rabin's office as promised, he was having a meeting in the conference room. Deng Wei chose a window angle and set up the camera. The choice of background is one of the modeling elements of portrait photography. When setting the background, Deng Wei deliberately removed many small souvenirs that affected the expression of the subject image. He noticed a gift from Arabs to Prime Minister Rabin, a dove of peace that landed on an olive branch. He put it in the background of the picture and thought it was the externalization of people's spiritual essence of longing for peace. The success of instant capture lies in stimulating the excitement of the subject. When taking pictures of Israeli Prime Minister Rabin, he looked a little tired, probably because of his continuous work. Because Deng Wei knew that he was a veteran with a 28-year military career, he reminded him loudly: "Where did your military style go?" Rabin was excited by this question, and the tiredness on his face was swept away, his muscles were tense and his eyes were far-reaching. During the filming, he just straightened up and did not move. (Excerpted from-> ) In the picture description written by Deng Wei, I understand two elements in figure photography. One is planning and the other is control. The so-called planning is to make a good plan before shooting, speculate on the character's psychology and personality, get to know him from various channels, and then make a unique judgment on the subject. I think planning this step is the freest step in figure photography. Because it is almost infinite. You can use all the aesthetic knowledge and photography theory you have learned to complete the shaping of this character in your eyes. Control is subject to planning, and a series of planning work is very complicated and changeable. If the photographer can't control it effectively, then even the best plan is futile. When I read Deng Wei's works, I also found that Deng Wei paid great attention to the details in his works. Highlight the demeanor of the characters through details, and finally shoot a work with soul. The details of this photo are wonderful. Lines of vague formulas, parabolas, set off the praying posture of the great physicist Yang Zhenning. It seems to explain the lifelong pursuit of this great physicist from an artistic point of view. Looking back on the portrait photos taken before, it can be said that there is no detail description. Pretend to be grandstanding at most, and now I feel empty and bored. I think photography is very similar to art, both of which are the art of recreating things. In terms of evaluation criteria, I want to put aside styles and different aesthetic views, and the rest is to see whose works are more fully expressed. Whether the work is full or not depends on whether the theme of the work is profound or not. The description of details determines the depth, and the more refined the details, the more full the theme. The creation and grasp of details can not be explained clearly in one or two sentences. It requires photographers to have solid professional skills besides keen observation of life. I firmly believe that a photographer without life will always be just a rigid camera. Life is so profound that we really need to sit down and study it. In the photography study classes around here, we have a deeper understanding of photography, and I think we need to explore and discover it better in the future.
