How do photographers get rid of posing mode?

I used to pose.

Then I didn't do it for a while. During the period, I mainly studied other people's shooting skills and commented on other people's works.

Then I deepened my knowledge of composition and light, and I can learn new things by reviewing the old ones.

Then, look at other people's works and get used to summing up experience.

Then when I was filming, I just took pictures.
