How to correct the resumption? There are three steps.

One: Record the key points

It is to use words to record the important things you have done and the key contents of the knowledge you have learned.

For example, if you study the working methods of OKR, you can make a key record like this:

OKR: That is the objective key result.

O: goal, which means goal, refers to team or individual goal;

Kr: Key results and key actions represent the things and links that must be done to achieve this goal.

Second, analysis and summary

For example, after knowing the working method of OKR, I found that I had hoped to improve my English and my photography, but I didn't have a clear goal or a key action. I just watch American TV plays as a way to improve my English, and occasionally watch photography classes. However, without substantial improvement, American TV dramas still can't understand and can't realize their wishes.

Third, reflection and practice.

Reflective practice refers to reflecting on how to improve in the future after knowing the problem, and putting forward specific actions, that is, giving yourself action instructions. The purpose is to make the results come out rather than superficial.

This is what many people did not do when they resumed the offer. I just sorted out a bunch of my own problems, but I forgot the more important third step, practice, give myself action instructions and put them on the daily list.

And practice should be quantified.

For example, after knowing that I wanted to improve my English and photography, I adjusted my goal and added more exercises: I learned two courses, Aurora Recitation and Pandora English, on WeChat every day, and kept punching in 180 days, taking one more photo every day and punching in to make friends. These two studies are open to the circle of friends, open to the circle of friends or open to some friends, which can make you pay more attention to this goal and help you achieve it. In addition, goals must be quantifiable. For example, if the goal is that I want to exercise, it is not as specific as I want to run 2 kilometers a day.

1, three days without fishing and two days with nets.

Learning is a continuous thing, and only when it continues will there be changes. One bite of rice can't feed a big fat man. So it is forbidden to fish for three days and dry the net for two days. You can do it every day before going to bed, one or two hundred words or at least once a week.

2. Don't flow around the surface.

Some people say that I often return to the market, but my life and work have not improved. Because I write questions every time I come back, for example, my side is not good enough, and I set limits for myself there, but I just don't write my own reflections, and I don't write how to change and practice.

Copying is not a diary of self-expression, nor a literary article. It only needs to objectively record three points: what you have learned+your own reflection+how to act. Only by putting the resumption into the action list can life really change.
