(b) Law and morality are linked.
There are two schools of thought about the relationship between law and morality: positivist law holds that law is the command of the sovereign of the country and a "closed logical system", and there is no inevitable relationship between law and morality, between "actual law" and "ought-to-be law"; Natural law holds that only the law that embodies morality is the law with legal quality.

I think we should deeply understand the contradictory relationship between law and morality, adopt the method of "self-contradiction", and use one party to restrict the other, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of balanced development of both sides.
