How to adjust the back focal length of industrial camera
In some applications, when the lens focus ring is adjusted to the limit position, the image may still be unclear. At this time, it is necessary to confirm whether the lens interface is correct. If it is confirmed, it is necessary to adjust the back focal length of the industrial camera. According to experience, it is often necessary to adjust the back focal length of industrial cameras in most applications where industrial cameras are equipped with electric zoom lenses.
The adjustment steps of the rear focal length of an industrial camera are as follows:
1. Install the lens on the industrial camera correctly, open the aperture of the lens as large as possible (the purpose is to reduce the depth of field to accurately find the imaging focus), push the lens to the Tele state through ZoomIn, and take close-ups of objects beyond 10m, and then adjust the focal length to make the close-up image clear;
2. Perform zoom adjustment (ZoomOut) contrary to the previous step, and pull the lens back to the wide-angle state. At this time, the picture becomes a panoramic image containing the above close-up objects, but at this time, no focus adjustment can be made (note: if the image becomes blurred at this time, the focus cannot be adjusted), but the next post-focus adjustment is prepared;
3. Loosen the hexagon socket head screw used to fix the rear focus adjustment ring at the front of the industrial camera, rotate the rear focus adjustment ring (for cameras without the rear focus adjustment ring, directly rotate the lens to drive the built-in rear focus ring) until the picture is the clearest, then temporarily tighten the hexagon socket head screw and push the lens to the telescopic state again to see if the close-up object just shot is still clear. Finally, tighten the hexagon socket head screw and adjust the aperture to a suitable position.

How to adjust the aperture of industrial camera
1. First, adjust the camera's shooting file to A file, which represents the priority file of the aperture, and then you can adjust the aperture.
2. Find the shoulder screen of the camera. Generally, you can adjust the aperture by moving the shoulder screen, control the amount of light, and adjust the brightness.
3. The smaller the value of f, the larger the aperture, and f/ 1 is the aperture number with the largest light input. The greater the denominator of the circle value, the smaller the optical input.
