Name: Tourism Service Market Survey Report

Survey location: Guangzhou

Survey method: telephone interview.

Investigation time: end of April 2008

Survey object: 18-60 years old urban residents.

Sample size: 20

Report content:

Tourism has gradually become an indispensable part of people's entertainment life. In addition to enjoying the comfort and relaxation in the process of traveling, people actually appreciate life more. However, with the gradual deepening of tourism, complaints about tourism are also frequently reported in newspapers. A recent survey shows that one fifth of the respondents are dissatisfied with group tours, and the main reasons for dissatisfaction are tour guides and travel agencies. For the respondents who did not travel with the group, the travel expenses and the reputation of the travel agency are still the main influencing factors.

The survey was conducted in-(location) at the end of April 2008. The survey was conducted by telephone interview, and 20 valid questionnaires were completed. Respondents are residents aged between 18-60 who have a telephone at home. The survey results can be inferred as follows: Not satisfied.

Tourism service has always been famous for its constant disputes. Judging from the survey results, people's evaluation of group tour is really not high. Among the interviewees who have traveled with a group, one-fifth expressed dissatisfaction with the latest tour with a group, only one-third expressed satisfaction, and nearly half said the service was average.

The main reasons for the respondents' dissatisfaction are "the tour guide didn't do his duty" and the travel agency "lowered the grade standard". These two accounts for 30.8% respectively. Secondly, "changing the itinerary without authorization" accounted for 23. 1%, and "imperfect supporting facilities" accounted for 15.4%.

In the whole process of tourism, the contact between tourists and travel agencies is more in the early stage of tourism registration. On the other hand, tour guides act as representatives of travel agencies to a great extent. Tourists' dissatisfaction with travel agency services can easily turn into dissatisfaction with tour guides if they are not handled properly.

There is also cost and reputation: the main obstacles to participating in group tours.

There are also many people who have never taken a group tour. Among them, some people are "no time" and some people are "more expensive". There are also a few respondents who say that they don't travel with groups because they don't trust travel agencies. From this result, the cost and the reputation of travel agencies are important factors that hinder people from participating in group tours.

From the analysis, the higher the family income, the greater the proportion of people with group travel experience. When the family's monthly income is less than 2000 yuan, about 90% people have no experience of traveling with a group, while when the family's monthly income reaches more than 5000 yuan, more than half of them have the experience of traveling with a group. It seems that although there is little room for price adjustment by travel agencies, the ability of ordinary wage earners to support travel expenses is still limited.

Perhaps in the case of realizing benefits, the price can be adjusted appropriately. After all, at present, price reduction is still a magic weapon. However, it is not a short time to establish a good image and reverse the ideas that have been formed in people's minds, because people are more willing to accept opinions similar to their own ideas.

social investigation report

A social investigation report is a written report that makes an in-depth and detailed investigation and study of a certain situation, an event and a certain problem in social life, and then truthfully expresses the information obtained in the investigation and study, so as to reflect the problems, expose contradictions, reveal the development law of things, provide lessons and improvement methods for people, provide decision-making basis for relevant departments, and provide research materials and social information for scientific research and teaching departments.

The characteristics of the investigation report are as follows:

(1) Authenticity:

Its authenticity is based on facts, not only the people and events involved in the report, but also the time, place, background, process, reason and result of the event.

(2) objectivity:

Objectivity refers to objectively reflecting the facts, being loyal to the facts, without the subjective randomness of the investigators. We can't extend objective facts at will, nor can we render them unrealistically.

(3) pertinence:

Social investigation report is to investigate and study some specific problems in social practice, answer questions that the masses care about and solve problems that need to be solved urgently.

(4) effectiveness:

(5), evaluation:

Generally speaking, a social investigation report should include the following contents: purpose, method, time, sample, content, analysis of the questionnaire, analysis of the results, and put forward your own views.

Social investigation is the continuation and supplement of classroom teaching. Teachers help students to investigate the actual situation, the characteristics of the area where the school is located, social hot spots and doubts in different periods, or the contents of teaching materials. By organizing students to write social investigation reports, help students master knowledge and solve doubts. This will help to broaden students' horizons, tap students' potential, cultivate students' thinking methods, enhance students' comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems, and improve students' ideological and moral quality.

Before the investigation, teachers should guide students how to determine the content of social investigation, so that students can clearly understand the importance of making social investigation plans and feasible social investigation plans, help students implement social investigation plans, and how to obtain useful information from the respondents. It is best for students to choose their own survey topics, and teachers should examine and grasp the principled issues. Students can take individuals as a unit, or they can voluntarily combine four or five students into a group to find some problems around them, conduct social surveys, and conduct targeted interviews and surveys. Students can also go deep into all walks of life through their parents to conduct small-scale social surveys, and the survey results are convincing enough.

After the investigation, we will combine individual investigation, group investigation, class investigation and other forms of investigation. Teachers should guide students to sort out the handwriting of social investigation, write social investigation reports, and organize students to do a good job in social investigation reports and exchanges. Teachers should comment on the survey reports, choose excellent survey reports or representative reports to compile or publish books, and recognize their labor achievements as encouragement, which is conducive to the development of students.
