Shuihetian, formerly known as Pan Jiongrong. Born on March 3, 1946 in Nanhai, Guangdong. Graduated from the Photography Department of the Lutheran Training School and the Art Design Department of the Hong Kong Polytechnic. He has written prose columns "Shui Hetian Photography Exhibition" and "Parent World" photography, and new poetry columns "Shui Hetian Childhood Collection". In 1985, he was selected as one of the ten outstanding young people in Hong Kong. In 1988, he won the Photographer Award at the first Artist Annual Awards. His works include: "Silk Journey" and many other works.
