What is mammography?
Mammography with molybdenum target is the first choice, the simplest and the most reliable noninvasive detection method for diagnosing breast diseases. Relatively painless, simple, high resolution and good repeatability. Images can be compared before and after, regardless of age and size. At present, it has been used as a routine inspection. Its characteristic is that it can detect breast masses that doctors can't touch, especially for large breasts and breasts, and its diagnostic rate can reach 95%. For T0 stage breast cancer (negative clinical diagnosis), only soft X-ray examination can be used for early detection and diagnosis, with diagnostic sensitivity of 82% ~ 89% and specificity of 87% ~ 94%. Mammary molybdenum target X-ray machine has the advantages of clear image and appropriate contrast, which can clearly display nodular lesions less than 1cm in breast and accurately identify and locate them. Mammography can often find nodules that doctors can't reach, that is, so-called "hidden breast cancer" and very early cancer in situ. Early breast cancer can be found two years earlier than experienced doctors. The radiation dose is also reduced to below 0.003Gy per person (four on each side), which is harmless to human body. Even if the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer is clear, mammography should still be performed, because mammography is helpful to determine the location of the tumor, the infiltration range of the tumor, whether there are multiple cancer foci and the situation of the contralateral breast. The above information is very important for making the correct treatment plan. At the same time, mammography has the following unique values: 1, which can be used as a relatively non-invasive examination method and can comprehensively and correctly reflect the general anatomical structure of the whole breast; 2.x-ray examination can be used to observe the influence of various physiological factors (such as menstrual cycle, pregnancy, lactation, puerperium and endocrine changes). ) on the breast structure, and can be dynamically observed; 3. It can reliably distinguish benign lesions from malignant tumors of the breast; 4. according to x-ray examination, some precancerous lesions can be found, and follow-up photos can be taken for observation; 5. Follow-up check the pathological changes of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, observe the curative effect, and regularly monitor healthy breasts. Mammography has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, intuition, simple operation, safety and low cost. It has been recognized as one of the best methods for routine clinical examination and breast cancer prevention screening, which is helpful to find early cancer and improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of breast lesions and the survival rate of patients.
