How to treat the widening of joint space after reduction and dislocation of shoulder joint

This is dislocation of the left acromioclavicular joint. On the X-ray film of bilateral shoulder joint above, we can see that the space of the left acromioclavicular joint is obviously widened, and the acromion of the left clavicle is broken and upturned. This dislocation is serious, usually accompanied by complete tearing of acromioclavicular ligament, coracoclavicular ligament and acromioclavicular joint capsule. Only surgery can solve the problem.
