Why is the double flash almost dead?

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and your mobile phone cannot enter the fast charging mode, you can check the operation by the following methods:

1. Please confirm whether your charger supports fast charging.

Please check the output parameters of the standard charger and compare the following information to determine the charging mode supported by the device to determine whether it has entered the fast charging/ultra-fast charging mode.

Ordinary charging: the icon is single lightning, and the maximum output parameters of the charger are 5V/ 1A and 5V/2A as standard.

Fast charging: The icon shows one big and one small double lightning, and the maximum output parameters of the charger are standard 9V/2A and 10V/2A.

Super fast charging: the icon is double lightning, and the maximum output parameters of the charger are 10V/2.25A, 5V/4.5A or 4.5V/5A, 10V/4A, 5V/8A, 20V/3.25A,1/v.

2. If your device supports fast charging (or super fast charging) mode, but the normal charging icon is displayed when charging.

(1) It is recommended that you use the charger and data cable recommended by Huawei.

(2) Please check whether there are foreign objects or dirt at the interface.

Please make sure that the charging interface is clean and the port connection is stable before charging the mobile phone.

If the above methods can't be solved, it is recommended that you back up the data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately), and take the equipment, charger, data cable and purchase voucher to the nearby Huawei customer service center for testing.
