Toshiba mobile hard disk USB3.0 is unrecognizable.

My Toshiba Blackie 1T plug-in USB3.0 worked normally for more than a year, and then one day, the 3.0 port was suddenly unrecognizable (blue light was plugged in, but it was not displayed in the resource manager), and the 2.0 port could still read and write, which was the case with several machines. So I can only use it as chicken ribs. Alas, it seems that the mobile hard disk is more reliable in Western Digital (WD).
