Where is Ejina Banner?

Ejina Banner is located at the westernmost tip of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, bordering Alashanyou Banner in the southeast, Gansu Province in the west and southwest, and Mongolia in the north. The border line is 507 kilometers long.

The terrain of Ejina Banner gradually inclines from southwest to northeast, with high surroundings and flat middle, with an altitude of 898m- 1598m. The landform is mainly composed of Gobi, low mountains, deserts, rivers, lakes and oases.

Originated in the northern foot of Qilian Mountain in Qinghai Province, Heihe River (called weak water in ancient times, Heihe River in the upper and middle reaches, Ejina River in the border area) is the mother river of Ejina. From south to north, it enters the flag through Zhangye, Gao Tai, Jinta and other cities and counties in Gansu Province, and is divided into East and West Rivers in Bayan Baogede (Langxin Mountain), and then divided into 65,438+09 tributaries to the north, and finally flows into the east and west.
