How to join the China Photographers Association?

Detailed rules for individual members of China Photographers Association

According to the relevant provisions of the Constitution of China Photographers Association adopted by the Eighth National Congress of China Photographers Association in February 20 12, these Detailed Rules are formulated.

Article 1 Basic requirements of the applicant

Applicants applying to join the China Photographers Association should meet the following basic requirements:

1. At least 16 years old;

2. Citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. I agree with the articles of association of China Photographers Association and apply for it.

Article 2 The performance of the applicant

The applicant's performance condition is the points system. Those who have scored above 65,438+00 (including 65,438+00, of which more than 4 points must be related to the conditions of the China Photographers Association or its subordinate departments) may apply for membership. The specific points are as follows:

A-3 won 6 points/bronze prize in the National Photography Art Exhibition or China International Photography Art Exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association.

A-4 was selected into the National Photography Art Exhibition or China International Photography Art Exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association, with 4 points/piece.

A-5 won the gold medal of 7 points/piece in the brand exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association.

A-6 won 5 points/piece silver award in the brand exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association.

A-7 won the bronze medal of 4 points/piece in the brand exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association.

A-8 was selected into the brand exhibition sponsored by China Photographers Association for 2 points/piece.

A-9 won 7 points/piece of gold medal in important photography exhibitions and competitions approved by the national competent department.

A- 10 Silver Award for the important photo exhibition and contest approved by the national competent department, 5 points/piece.

A- 1 1 Bronze Award for important photo exhibitions and competitions approved by the national competent department, 4 points/piece.

A- 12 won 5 points/piece of gold medal in other national photography collection activities sponsored by China Photographers Association.

A- 13 won the silver prize in other national photography solicitation activities sponsored by China Photographers Association, with 3 points/piece.

A- 14 won the bronze prize in other national photography solicitation activities sponsored by China Photographers Association, with 2 points/piece.

A- 15 was selected for other national photography collection activities sponsored by China Photographers Association 1 minute/piece.

A- 16 won the bronze prize of 2 points/piece or more in the national photography solicitation activity sponsored by the media and business departments of China Photographers Association (including Beijing Photography Equipment City Month Competition).

A- 17 won 1 point/piece, which is equivalent to the third prize, in the film friends' networking activities sponsored by the media of China Photographers Association and various business departments.

A- 18 published works in China Photography, Popular Photography, China Photography and China Photography Yearbook, and the cover picture of China Photography Mobile Newspaper was 2 points/piece.

A- 19 The website of China Photographers Association or China Photography Exhibition Center held a solo exhibition, and the theoretical research office of China Photographers Association held a seminar on solo works. He was awarded the title of outstanding student of Beijing Photography Correspondence College, and held an online film exhibition on the website of Beijing Photography Correspondence College. A-20 was recommended by China Photographers Association to participate in internationally influential film festivals and won awards, or was invited by famous foreign photography institutions to hold solo exhibitions in international exchanges and had a good influence. 2-7 points.

Description:

If the same work has won many awards, been selected and published, only one score will be calculated (if the scores are different, the highest score will be calculated). Works that are awarded, selected and published in the form of group photos are regarded as works.

"Publication" only refers to pictures published as photographic works, excluding pictures used as schematic diagrams and legends of articles such as technology and evaluation.

Winning the first, second and third prizes and the Excellence Award is equivalent to winning the gold, silver and bronze awards and being selected.

If the work won the bronze prize in important foreign exhibitions and competitions and was published in various photographic media and newspapers all over the country, it will be regarded as the reference element of the applicant's performance according to the specific situation.

2. Applicants engaged in theoretical research on photography:

"Photographic articles" refer to articles on photography theory, criticism, historical theory, creative experience, works review, equipment review, technical discussion and so on. , but does not include news genre manuscripts, such as photo newsletters and news. No less than 800 words/article.

C- 1 Full-time photography education in institutions of higher learning and vocational colleges with nationally recognized academic qualifications, with a score of 8- 10 above the sub-high.

C-2 is engaged in full-time photography education in institutions of higher learning and vocational colleges recognized by the state, with intermediate title of more than 5 years and score of 8- 10.

C-3 has made great contributions to the training of photographers, with outstanding achievements and certain influence in the industry. 2-8 points.

C-4 meets one of the above three conditions and publishes 2 photos or articles in domestic public publications.

4. Applicants who are engaged in full-time photojournalist, photo editor or photo book publishing:

D- 1 Engaged in professional work such as full-time photojournalist, photo editor or photo album publishing in the media, with a score of 8- 10 above the sub-high level of related majors.

D-2 is engaged in full-time photojournalist, photoeditor or photobook publishing in the media, with intermediate or above titles in related majors, and has worked continuously for more than 5 years. 8- 10.

5. Applicants engaged in photography organizations and photography related industries:

E- 1 chairman (president) or resident director of China Photographers Association, who has held this position for more than 1 year, 8- 10.

E-2 The staff of the member units of China Photographers Association have been engaged in organizational work for more than five years and achieved good results. 5- 10.

E-3 Chairman (President) or resident person in charge of a nationally influential photography group, who has held this position for more than 3 years and has certain influence in the industry. 5- 10.

E-4 is the main person in charge of photography associations in various cities. He has been engaged in grassroots photography organization for a long time and has certain influence in the industry. 3-5 points.

E-5 won 2 points/time for the excellent host of the year on the website of China Photographers Association.

E-6 actively organizes and participates in large-scale photography activities and public welfare activities sponsored and undertaken by China Photographers Association, with outstanding achievements and certain influence in the industry. The organizer scored 5- 10, and the participant scored 1-5.

E-7 8- 10 for those who have worked in the field of photo industry, photography technology and equipment research and development for a long time and have made outstanding achievements or obtained patents.

(1) China Photography Academy Award winner 10, Changjiang Taofen Award winner 8- 10;

(2) If the score is uncertain as a numerical value, it will be determined according to the specific situation;

(3) Meeting the basic conditions and performance conditions stipulated in these Detailed Rules only means meeting the conditions for applying for membership, and is not regarded as membership qualification.

Article 3 Submission of materials and application procedures

1. Submission

The materials provided by the applicant shall be true, effective and standardized. The specific materials to be provided are:

(1) Individuals who meet the above basic and performance conditions and voluntarily apply to join the China Photographers Association shall fill in the membership application form as required;

(2) Applicants engaged in photographic creation shall submit 8 works (10 inch, with the name of the works indicated on the back), a photographic article of not less than 800 words (theme and publication), and valid certification materials (photocopies) for the award, selection and publication of the works;

(3) Applicants engaged in theoretical research on photography should submit valid certification materials such as award-winning, publication and selection;

(4) Applicants engaged in photography education should submit valid certificates such as on-the-job certificate issued by the unit and professional title certificate issued by relevant departments, and submit photography education articles of not less than 800 words (subject matter, whether to publish or not);

(5) Applicants who are engaged in full-time photojournalists, photo editors and book publishing shall submit valid certificates such as the certificate of employment issued by the unit and the certificate of professional title issued by the relevant departments, and submit photographic articles (subject matter and whether they are published) of not less than 800 words related to the business;

(6) Applicants who are engaged in photography organizations or volunteer photography organizations and services shall provide written opinions of their group members or relevant units on their work performance and relevant supporting materials, and submit 8 photos (10 inch) and no less than 800 words of photo articles 1 article (subject matter and publication are not limited);

(7) Applicants who have won various awards of the China Photography Award, and those who have won the Yangtze River Taofen Award for their photographic achievements, and who submit their applications with other achievements, must provide valid proof materials of their self-reported achievements.

Note: Electronic documents of all materials must be provided when applying for paper materials.

2. Application procedures

(1) Applicants who declare through the members of China Photographers Association should be introduced by two members of China Photographers Association and sign their opinions on the materials, and then send the materials to the members of China Photographers Association in their regions and industries, who will sign their opinions on the application form and affix their official seals to the group liaison department of China Photographers Association;

(2) Those who apply for the PLA and the Armed Police Force are introduced by two members of the China Photographers Association, who sign their opinions on the materials, and then send them to the Pictorial Department of the PLA for signature and official seal, and send them to the China Photographers Association;

(3) The applicant of the system directly under the central government, after being introduced by two directors of the China Photographers Association and signing the opinions on the materials, will sign the opinions on the application form by his unit and affix the official seal, and I will send the materials to the Joint Department of the China Photographers Association;

(4) Applicants who cannot be recommended by group members are introduced by two directors of China Photographers Association or members of professional committees, and their opinions are signed on the materials. The relevant units sign their opinions and affix their official seals on the application form, and I will send the materials to the China Photographers Association.

Article 4 Applicants from Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province should join clubs.

People in the photography circles of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province all agree with the Constitution of China Photographers Association. They applied voluntarily and were recommended by relevant parties. After examination and approval in accordance with the relevant regulations and performing the formalities, he became a member of the China Photographers Association.

Article 5 Honorary members

Domestic and foreign people who have made outstanding contributions to the development of photography in China can be awarded the title of honorary member of China Photographers Association with the approval of the office meeting of the Secretary General of China Photographers Association. Honorary members are exempt from dues and have no right to vote and stand for election.

Article 6 Examination and approval procedures

1. The Liaison Department of China Photographers Association is responsible for receiving and reviewing membership application materials;

2. The office meeting of the Secretary-General of China Photographers Association shall organize the examination and approval according to the materials and conditions submitted by the applicant.

Article 7 Membership Procedures and Payment of Membership Fees

1. After the application for membership is approved, the applicant must go through the membership formalities and pay the membership fee according to the regulations before becoming a member of the China Photographers Association. China Photographers Association will issue membership cards in time;

2. Members who have joined the club for 5 years and have reached the age of 65 are exempt from the membership fee;

3. Those who have not paid their membership dues for five consecutive years shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the meeting automatically. China Photographers Association has the right to cancel its membership, terminate its membership rights, and withdraw its membership card, and make an announcement on China Photography and China Photographers Association online.

Article 8 These Rules shall come into force after being adopted by the presidium meeting of China Photographers Association, and the right of interpretation belongs to China Photographers Association.
