Another method is to take two pictures, one is normal shooting, and the other is to turn off all other lights and only turn on the desk lamp, so that the buckled pictures can be superimposed.

Of course, you can also shoot directly with the modeling light source of the golden cup lamp. My next two pictures were all taken with only modeling light source.
