VG900 is a high-end model of HANDYCAM and a civilian product of Sony. Although there are many pixels, the sampling result is 1920× 1080 pixel format. That is to say, when shooting an image, CMOS has more pixels, and the final output picture is only 2.07 million pixels1920×1080 = 2,073,600 pixels, which is obviously not as good as 4,096× 2160 = 8,847,360,884 million pixels with 4K resolution. But VG900 also has its advantages. First, it is portable and more flexible than FS700. Secondly, the picture quality is good, the depth of field is good, and good-looking movie effects can be made; Finally, it can record pictures in RAW format in camera mode. Because there is no FS700, this studio can only be compared with Panasonic's broadcasting company. On the whole, it feels that VG900 is not as wide as Panasonic's machine, with serious high light defects and acceptable low illumination, and the gain is 15db. Although Panasonic is a professional-grade machine with a ratio of 4:2:2, the 4: 2: 0 shot by our VG900 civil aircraft even feels slightly better in terms of image quality and depth of field.
