2. Actively promote and support photographers and photography organizations all over the world to carry out photography creation, exchange photography skills, study photography theory and develop photography education.

3. Actively develop the photographic culture industry, and build a bridge between producers of photographic equipment, producers and users of photographic works.

4. Carry out photographic cultural exchanges, expand international friendly exchanges, enhance mutual understanding and strengthen photographic information communication.

5. Plan and organize international photography competitions, exhibitions and awards, and collect, edit and publish photography books, periodicals and picture books.

6. Commend and reward those who have made outstanding contributions in photography creation, theoretical research, talent education, organization and planning, editing and publishing, and equipment research and development.

7. Organize the registration of international photographers and international senior photographers.

8. Establish organizations to protect members' rights and interests, and safeguard members' rights and interests according to international law.
