Comrades, Secretary Sun's speech is strategic, accurate and pragmatic, with strong guidance, pertinence and operability. It is an important follow-up to the "two studies and one doing" study and education organized by our organization. We must seriously study and understand and do a good job in implementation.

Recently, a group of people from the central "two studies and one doing" study and education coordination group plan to go to our city to supervise the "two studies and one doing" study and education. All units should follow the implementation regulations of "Eight Inspections and Eight Inspections", closely follow the requirements of "Being Qualified in party member", "Building a Strong Branch" and "Building a Branch Life Day", and combine the mechanisms of "Two Concentrations and One Report", "party member Responsibility List" and "party member Dedication Points System" to pay close attention to party classes, concentrated study, special exchanges and discussions, and carry out investigation and rectification.

Second, grasp the nodes and carry out commemorative activities.

This year marks the 95th anniversary of the founding of China * * * Production Party, and it is also the first year to implement the 13th Five-Year Plan. The Party Committee of the Municipal Education Bureau decided to carry out a series of commemorative activities of "Seven Ones" (a visiting condolence activity, a "two studies and one doing" study and education party class, a "learning from party constitution and taking an examination of party constitution" activity, a review of the pledge of joining the Party, an essay-writing activity, a painting and calligraphy photo exhibition and a commendation meeting) in the city's education system. In accordance with the principle of "grand and enthusiastic, moderate in scale, effect-oriented, frugal", we should combine commemorative activities with activities of "stressing learning, cultivating new styles and setting an example", strengthen publicity and guidance, and prevent formalism and extravagance and waste.

Third, learn deeply and practice, and strive to be a model pioneer.

"Two studies and one doing" study and education, the foundation is learning, the key is doing, and the core is changing. In order to continue to sing the trilogy of "learning, doing and reforming", the Party Committee of the Bureau decided to carry out the activities of "stressing learning, cultivating new styles and setting an example" in the city's education system, focusing on educating people, focusing on the main business, carrying out a series of educational practice activities, further strengthening the construction of work style, improving innovation ability, enhancing the awareness of striving for Excellence and highlighting the vitality of education. All units should strengthen the organization and leadership of the activities of "stressing learning, cultivating new styles and setting an example", set up activity groups, combine articles, build more platforms, do a good job of all staff learning, do a good job of classroom management, do a good job of activity carriers, lead cadres and teachers in the education system to start from now on, start from themselves, start from the side, cultivate learning interests, strengthen their concepts and beliefs, strive to be model pioneers, and promote the sound and rapid development of high-density education.
