How to calculate the normal lung X-ray images of children aged 10?

Hello!

1, rib: the posterior segment is horizontally outward, and the anterior segment is inclined from outside to inside to form a rib arch. The front ends of the first to tenth ribs are connected with the sternum through costal cartilage. Because the cartilage is underdeveloped, the front end of the rib on the X-ray film is free.

2. Lung field: The lung field is the bright area of lung tissue containing air on the chest radiograph. It is clear under normal circumstances, and the transparency of the left and right lung fields is the same. When inhaling deeply, the lungs contain more gas and have high transparency, while when exhaling, the transparency is reduced, especially in the middle and lower fields of both lungs. The transparency of the lung apex is slightly poor because of the low air content. In order to indicate the location of the lesion, a lung field is artificially vertically divided into three parts, called the interior.

Guiding opinions:

3, hilum: hilum shadow is a composite shadow of pulmonary artery, vein, bronchus and lymphatic tissue. On the posteroanterior chest radiograph, the hilum is located between the second and fourth anterior ribs of the two lung fields, and the left hilum is higher than the right hilum by 1~2cm.

4. Lung texture: It is composed of pulmonary artery, vein and lymphatic vessel, and the dry dendritic shadows radially distributed from hilum to lung field gradually become thinner. Normally, the lung field texture is about three times as thick as the upper lung, and the number is also large, but there is almost no external lung. If the lung texture appears in the outer lung, it will increase, otherwise, the lung texture will decrease with the increase of the transparency of the medial zone.
