How to highlight the logic of the article

Many friends who have just started writing are basically "writing whatever comes to mind". Don't pay too much attention to this at the beginning of writing, because at the beginning of writing, the most important thing is "writing down", not "how to write"

At first, we shouldn't set too high a goal. For example, we can write 300 words a day, which is almost the length of two Weibo.

The content is not necessarily too demanding, because the most important thing in the early stage is to keep the consistency of writing and let yourself write it down first.

In the later period, especially after the number of words increases, if the article lacks logic, it is easy to "pile up" or "write for the sake of writing".

Imagine an article of about 800 words, if it lacks theme and logic, it is like a photo without theme, but the background is messy and people can't understand what they want to express.

Master photographers will skillfully use the points and lines in photos to gradually guide the viewer's attention to the subject, which is the logic of photos.

In the same way, you should know how to "deploy" and use sentences and cases to demonstrate the theme you want to express.

How to make the article more logical? I often use the following small methods:

1. Write an outline before you start writing.

In daily life, we often face such a situation: there are many things, but they are all trivial, and we don't know which one is better to start with.

In fact, writing also faces the same problem: scattered sentences, words, cases …

If I face the messy things in my life, I am used to making everything a to-do list;

Then do the "important and urgent" things in advance, so that everything can be done in an orderly way.

When writing, we need to rearrange and comb the language to form an article.

At this point, the outline is a good method.

Take this article as an example. Before writing, I know the theme of this article very well:

2. How to make the article more logical?

In the first part, I will talk about some shortcomings of illogical articles. To help readers understand, I can take "photography" as an example.

The second part will talk about how to make the article logical in my daily writing and share some of my own experiences.

This part can be subdivided into three points, namely: outlining, using subheadings and highlighting golden sentences.

In this way, the main framework of the whole article is gradually built. Before writing, I will take a look at this framework and think about which parts need to be written in detail and which parts need to use which use cases …

Don't write until everything is ready.

This not only makes the writing smoother and less stuck, but also makes the article more organized.

You can imagine the process of writing as making a paper lantern.

Sketching is to make the skeleton of lanterns with bamboo strips, and then fill in words, examples, etc., that is, stick beautiful colored paper on the skeleton and draw favorite patterns on the paper.

2. Make good use of subheadings.

I think subtitles have three functions:

First of all, it can divide the article into several parts, which makes it easier to understand and remember.

Second, it can divide large paragraphs of text, which makes people less tired to read and can get a little buffer and rest in the middle;

Third, using subheadings well can make typesetting more beautiful.

Before writing subtitles, the screenwriter needs to know what to write next.

Where to write first, and then where to write, the two parts must be related.

Moreover, the subtitle itself is the refinement of the content of the article and the real "dry goods" part.

3. Golden sentences

I also often use golden sentences. It is not only a summary and sublimation of some words, but also makes it easy for people who have no patience to read long paragraphs to get to the point.

With good subheadings and golden sentences, you can basically interpret the main content of the article, and then you can use cases and modified sentences to make the article more full and vivid.
