Which college in Shanghai has a photography major?

There are no schools specializing in photography in Shanghai, and there are not many in China. If you want to be better, you have to go abroad to Japan, Germany and America. Everything there is very good! I feel that if I go to a school in China, I will learn more theories. I think it will be much easier to learn at school first and then find a master to take care of it.
