What kind of activity is color running? What do people who take part in this activity know?

Well, after running in color for nearly two weeks, I finally decided to write down this wonderful journey. I asked this question. I thought I wouldn't go to rehearsal.

Practical tips can refer to other students' answers, so I won't go into details, but mainly talk about my own experience.

At first, I heard that the color run didn't remember where it was. After my friends shared the activity page of their Beijing station on facebook and tagged me, I suddenly felt that I should give it a try. After I saw that I had to pay online 160 yuan (it was too expensive) (I didn't), I began to hesitate, and the activity was on Saturday, which means I had to ask for leave from the company to participate.

One week before the event, I received an email from other friends informing me that there would be a large wave of people going to participate in the color race. I think it's good to have the opportunity to play with friends and experience something new. So I asked a colleague to help me register for online banking, a friend to collect the athlete's bag at the front door, and the boss to give me a day off. Only then did everything go smoothly, and I began to prepare happily.

The athlete's bag received includes a Color Run t-shirt, a disposable color tattoo of Color Run, a paint powder bag, a raincoat, a numbered cloth and a pin. The numbered cloth is the runner's admission card, and it is thrown all the way in a paint bag. Where is the raincoat? I didn't understand, so I left it at home, and later I found it very useful. The packaging length of the pigment is like this (picture from/1581387233/a5igvd2nu). Pigment is the powder of plant raw materials, which has five colors: red, blue, green, yellow and purple. Mine is green:

As for the T-shirt, I got the L code, but I removed all the sponsors' logo and it became like this:

As a runner, don't die of heat. Facts have proved that this idea is quite successful, and many people are full of praise and take photos as a souvenir.

I set out from home and plan to meet my friends at the Garden Expo Park. The Garden Expo Park stands on the long-distance line 14. You can imagine the spectacular sight of all the contestants in the city wearing the same T-shirt and gathering on the same subway line from different lines. At the 14 line, almost half of the people on the bus are contestants, which looks really exciting. When my friend left the Expo Park subway station, there was such a group photo (you can see how small the T-shirt collar is and how white everyone is):

Before leaving the subway station, the color running staff will guide them there, and some staff will team up the contestants and lead them to the starting point. On the way from the subway station to the starting point, Color Run built many tents, including distributing athletes' bags, resting places and drinking places. If you have the opportunity to participate in the color race, I suggest you take the athletes' bags in advance to avoid queuing in the hot sun.

The first group of contestants started at 3: 30 pm, and another group of friends and I arrived on time. On the way from the tent to the starting point, there is an open space with some popular European and American singles. I saw some people taking photos with a barefoot foreigner who looked energetic. I'm confused. Later, I learned that he was Linus Holmsater, the founder of Heyrobics (picture from/1599 581361/a4hjwvnfg) in China, until he took everyone to make Heyrobics with music.

In the photo, the shoes were put on, but on a sunny afternoon, he was really barefoot.

Finally arrived at the starting point, my friends didn't take a group photo again until four o'clock:

Since many people attacked us and the paint bag was opened, we began to be dyed. At the starting point, many people took photos with their friends and waited excitedly for instructions to start running. The organizer will divide people into batches with lines to prevent too many people from rushing out of the starting line at one time and getting injured.

Finally, I'm going to start running, which seems to be the ninth batch, and then all kinds of interesting things begin.

First of all, we got separated.

There are always many people running at the starting point. Z and M and I have been running, so everyone else has fallen behind. At the first stop, everyone around us was basically walking.

The first stop is green, and there are fewer people in this station, so you can walk there (picture from/3246484172/photos/detail/photo _ id/361149091247752):

After this stop, the three of us bumped into another group of friends and made a rude attack on them.

Next is the second stop, yellow (picture from /3246484 172/ photos/details/photo _ id/3611490912477752 # 3614966.

The third stop is red. Here, we finally decided to wait for others to join us. So this station began to play crazily, dancing with people we don't know, sprinkling paint on each other, and even some staff members directly picked up paint buckets and splashed them on us:

Because my friends are all outsiders, we are always attacked by others and strangers, and I am not immune. A boy threw red at my face. My friend saw it and said, "Xiao Di, your teeth have turned red, too." . Because my nose and mouth are covered with powder, I feel very uncomfortable, so I went to the dirty river in the Garden Expo Park to wash it. Everyone laughed when they stood up and walked to their friends. Can you imagine a person with a red body with only one mouth on Friday?

After this stop, everyone walked together while chatting. The last stop is blue, which is also one of the highlights of our color running tour.

Why are so many people pointing cameras at us? Because we danced Gangam style. At first, a group of people just powdered each other and danced wildly. When the music started, everyone became excited and jumped up and down everywhere. I noticed that there were more guns and guns around, the sound engineer turned up the sound a lot, and the songs began to spread from one song to another. Later, I found photos of my friends taken by photographers on foreign websites (Huff Post):

Very high, isn't it? In order to create an atmosphere, the staff sprayed paint into the air crazily, and I couldn't see anything clearly. All I inhaled was powder, and I felt a little suffocated.

After this stop, the next stop is the destination, but there is a place with a mirror in front of the destination, so we can't wait to see what we have become:

It might be better to look at it positively:

And then until the end.

There is a stage at the finish line, and some popular singles are playing. The host took everyone to shout some slogans of color running. What are we doing? We started dancing again and lined up in a train. If you have been to a New Year's Eve party or a big party, you know how interesting it is to put your hand on the shoulder of the person in front and jump into a long queue with a large group of people. (The picture will be filled another day)

Because a family reunion was arranged in the evening, we danced at the terminal until everyone was tired, and then we started walking towards the exit until we found the fountain halfway. Several friends happily took off their shoes and went into the "bath". Photographers happily raised their cameras to take pictures of them and put them in the news (picture from Sino-Singapore. com):

The next day, everyone went to bed late and got up. They were very excited to find that their friend was on the news. This is just one of the photos.

Finally, we walked out of the exit. Some people want to get their bags back from where they put them. We were all tired and paralyzed, so we lay on the ground waiting for them.

After getting on the subway, people talk about it everywhere. Because we are so different, we are like another race, and our names are colorful, not a single color. When Zhangzizhong Road Station on Line 5 opened the car door, a middle-aged couple was about to get on the bus. They shook their heads and were shocked. So they went back, waved to the carriage and waited for the next train. I guess they really don't want to be surrounded by such a strange race. My guilt tells me that I need a raincoat, because I will dye everything I touch. Unfortunately, I didn't bring it. I changed the subway three times and got off with guilt.

Later, I went to the noodle restaurant near my home to eat noodles. When I went in, everyone looked at me, and some even turned their heads to stare. The waiter greeted us warmly and asked what we wanted. I thought she was very happy and resisted the impulse to ask me what I had done. After eating, I found that my thighs were sweating and my chair had been dyed red. I'm sorry to tell the waiter that I'm sorry. She waved generously and said nothing. Walking to the alley near my home, I met an old man. He pointed at me and said to the person next to me, "Hey, look at that man, what's going on!" I couldn't help laughing.

When I got home, I took off my clothes and shoes and rushed into the bathroom to take a shower. The red color on the ground reminds people of chickenpox when they were young. They all took a bath with purple medicine. I specially brought a mirror into the bathroom to see if I could clean myself. After washing for half an hour and wrinkling my fingers, I walked out of the bathroom. But after cleaning, I found that the bath towels were all red. Before, my friend specially checked what pigment is made of. Officially, it is a pure natural plant. I immediately sent a wechat to ask others how hard it was to wash it off, and everyone said yes. So everyone happily became a "lobster man", vaguely worried about whether their lungs were red.

Because a group of us had a good time in the whole process, and everywhere we went, we could cause a small wave, so I decided that we would be photographed by many strangers. Later, I kept searching Google and Weibo for photos of color running, and I found a lot of them with us.

On the whole, I am glad that I finally chose to join the color run after some struggles and met many interesting people. If you have the opportunity to participate in the color race, you must remember the following points:

1. Sign up as soon as possible, because you really don't want to miss it;

2. After you get the T-shirt, you will be creative and cut clothes, which will be very personal;

Be sure to encourage your friends to attend. Let's run and walk, dance and splash paint together.

4. Remember to bring a raincoat and avoid dyeing others when you come back;

5. Wear dyed pants and shoes that are not so distressed, and don't throw things casually after activities like me;

6. attack others generously with the paint in your hand, and accept others' attacks happily, and you will find that the most brilliant person is the most popular person;

7. Don't miss the music, it's a good chance to dance to your heart's content;

8. Don't throw the bottle you have already drunk;

9. Seeing the handsome guy and beautiful woman you like and talking generously is simply the best time to strike up a conversation;

10. Release your enthusiasm and vitality.
