The recruitment targets are ordinary institutions of higher learning and those with bachelor degree or above in ordinary institutions of higher learning with nationally recognized qualifications (including fresh graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023).

(a) candidates must meet the following basic conditions:

2.
