F enter the front view, find the lighting and select VR lighting, and type the selection plane in the creation panel.

When you think it's appropriate, go to the modify panel and let's modify its parameters. According to experience, usually when making skylight, don't let the multiplication value be too large, just set it to 3.
The intensity of this light is related to multiplication and size. If the surface light is not very big, then we can adjust this value higher, if the surface light is very big, we can adjust this value lower.
Color adjustment, we want to simulate the effect of a sunny day, so the light it emits can be adjusted in color and given a light blue.
After confirmation, we will copy another lamp. We will copy it by holding down the Shift key, then rotate its direction and adjust its position.
Then l enters the left view to adjust the size of this surface light.
