There are all kinds of lights, including flash and continuous light source, depending on what you shoot. The studio needs too many things and often uses different things. Too many. Product photography is very detailed, a bit cross-cutting, and professional photographers may not be able to shoot it. Product photography can't be learned in a few days ~ I'm a fashion photographer, and occasionally I take some still lives for magazines, which is too complicated for me to take well. If you really want to learn this, I suggest you find a school and study for at least one and a half to two years. That kind of training course for a few months can hardly teach you real skills, but can only cope with portrait shooting.
