The full name of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles is the Federation of Chinese Literary and Art Circles. The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (hereinafter referred to as the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles) is a people's organization composed of the National Association of Literary Artists, the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the National Federation of Industrial Literary and Art Workers.
