The rising sun and the setting sun are the most magnificent scenery in nature, and they are also the subjects that photographers like to shoot. The scenery of sunrise and sunset is changeable and fleeting, so you should be fully prepared before shooting.

Pay attention to the following points when shooting:

1, at sunrise and sunset, the light changes greatly, almost every minute, and the sunrise changes faster than the sunset. Therefore, when shooting, we should constantly measure the exposure value according to the change of light, so as to get the correct exposure.

2. When shooting the sunrise, because the brightness of the ground scene is relatively low, it is generally taken as a black shadow. When shooting the sunset, the ground scenery still has a certain brightness because of the sky light, but it is still very different from the sunlight. Therefore, in the exposure, you can choose a compromise exposure and take care of the scenery on the ground properly.

When shooting sunrise or sunset, when people's eyes can look directly at the sun without being harsh, the camera lens can point directly at the sun. If you think the sunlight is too bright for human eyes to look directly at, you'd better lower the aperture by one or two levels. When you use an aperture of 16 or a small aperture of 22, you can get a radiating effect. When sunlight enters the lens, it will form a halo phenomenon on the photosensitive film, so a hood should be added.

If you want the image of the sun to stand out in the picture, you can use a long focal length lens. Because the telephoto lens compresses the spatial distance, it can enlarge the sun image.

Before shooting, you should know when the sun rises and sets, and the position of the sun in the sky. Generally speaking, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, but in fact, the sun only does this at the vernal equinox and autumnal equinox (March 2 1 day and September 23). On other days, the sun is moving at a speed of 0.258 every day, and the direction of movement is also changing. Because the sunrise changes quickly, you must know the time and location of sunrise in advance before shooting, so as to arrange the picture.

The weather in the early morning is generally brighter than that in the evening, but the scene of sunrise is far less colorful than that at sunset. The sunrise came suddenly, and the color disappeared soon after the sun came out of the horizon. Sunrise doesn't last as long as sunset. The cloud effect of sunset began to appear before the sun reached the horizon. And after the sun goes down, the afterglow will remain for some time. Take time when shooting the sunrise and sunset, especially when shooting the sunrise, don't miss the opportunity.

6. The air humidity is high before sunrise, and it will gradually decrease after sunrise. Because there is a lot of water in the air at this time, the foreground is bright, the contrast is low, the clarity and color saturation of the outline of the scene are poor, and the air has a strong sense of perspective. The scenery I saw in the morning seems to be covered with a layer of gauze, and the light is softer.

At sunset, the air humidity is lower than that in the morning, there is less water in the air, and the atmospheric perspective is weak. The light is hard, and the level of the shadow part is not easy to show in the photo. Adding a yellow filter can darken the sky and make the clouds stand out. If you use an orange filter, the effect will be more prominent.

7. When shooting color films, the spectral components of sunlight in the morning and evening are mainly red, and the color temperature is low. When shooting, you can still choose daylight film regardless of the color temperature. Because the photo is red, it can describe the true colors of sunrise and sunset.
