There is a book called "1000 movies I must watch in my life", and almost all the movies in it have been watched by me since the 1970s. Some movies are so literary that many people may not like them (I have persevered in watching them). In fact, no more than seven or eight films can be made by countries all over the world every year. And most of them are not American movies. American movies are too commercialized and only cater to the appetite of the audience. According to my personal feelings, I'll introduce some movies to you, maybe you'll like them.

1. City of God This is a Brazilian film about teenagers growing up in sin, which is very shocking. There are also: Central Station and House of Sand, all of which are very good movies.

Kolya is a Czech film with first-class plot and art. Czech films are rarely bound by commercial and political interests (you will feel it after reading the books of Czech writers Kafka and Milan Kundera). There are other Czech movies: Zarari, Up and Down, Split Us Down ... These are all very worth seeing.

3. Bereg, a Soviet film, is translated in China as Bereg, which is absolutely no less than classic films such as Out of Africa, Doctor Zhiwaji and Broken Blue Bridge. Its director also produced Teheran 43 (Teheran 43), which is also very good. In addition, the Soviet Union recently produced: "Italians, Burned by the Sun" ... The return is very artistic, but the plot is a bit obscure.

4. Destiny and Long Engagement are both French movies. The scene is big and worth seeing, but it's not first-class. My wife is an actress, not bad. Baise Fan, which is called pornography in China, in fact, these two films show their shooting skills and artistic presentation techniques with women's insults, which is worth seeing.

5. Edward's German films, stories and artistic level are first-class.

6. Turtles can fly. Turkish movies are good movies to understand the life of Kurds. Its director may be the same person as Ang Lee, in the United States, shooting foreign things. There is also a Turkish movie: Far away is not bad.

7. Fireworks Wednesday, Kandahar and Crimson Gold are all Iranian films. Although it is not first-class, it is refreshing and worth remembering.

8. Britain and the United States really haven't made many decent films in recent years, so I won't go into details here.
