Cruise photographer's first riding trip

In this training, on my left is the editor-in-chief of bosom friend magazine, and on my right is Stephanie, who can go to bosom friend. We all affectionately call her little S.

Xiao s is not very gorgeous, but he is cheerful and lives beautifully. She used to be a photographer for the Royal Caribbean yacht, and she often traveled around the world. Now she started a business in Shanghai, and opened a 1000 square meter cafe. She just married a 90-year-old who is six years younger than her. Most importantly, she is handsome.

This is probably the story of other people's homes that many people envy. Seeing that she has always insisted on being the first horse, she often runs the first horse in her own cafe. Every time I laugh, I feel very moved and feel that I have missed a huge event.

So, this time, I want to hear the story of her first horse.

1. What was it like to attend the first meeting in Touma? What attracted you to Touma?

I joined the First Horse at the end of 20 18 1 and it has been a year and a half now.

The first time I attended Touma, I was in the Touma Club of a German client company. I feel very interesting and fresh. I feel that Touma has strict setup and reasonable division of labor, and guests are allowed to participate in the impromptu speech.

Later, I was attracted by Touma's systematization, interaction, feedback and learning path.

Of course, it is more important to feel that you have entered a circle that conforms to your three views. Every time I attend a meeting, I can meet different friends, learn different knowledge, and exercise my best and favorite speech ability.

2. What do you think has changed since you joined the club? How do you feel?

The biggest change is definitely the speech, especially the impromptu speech. I used to be weak in this field, but now I find that the threshold of impromptu speech is not that high. From organizing language to giving a speech, there are actually strategies and tricks. Now I can interact with the audience better.

3. What do you like best about Touma? Why?

Even now is a very utilitarian era, but everyone is not holding a very utilitarian mentality to be the first horse. First Horse is a non-profit organization, where everyone's contribution is obligatory.

Not only did everyone have no money, but they all paid for it. It's not easy to pay for it and invest so enthusiastically. It is also meaningful to make some contributions to such a systematic public welfare organization.

4. What impressed you most in the process of upgrading the top horse to fight monsters?

Among the top horses, the most unforgettable thing must be playing the race. The process is very intense. Every time I go, I can see many super powerful people on the spot, and I can also see a transformation in the process of playing games. In fact, standing on the stage is enough, but the final ranking is not that important.

The person I admire most is not the one who performed very well as soon as he stood on the stage, but the one who is willing to show weakness in front of many people. Those who insist on showing themselves on stage have greatly improved in the long-term accumulation process.

5. Who helped you the most in Touma?

In Touma, my tutor gave me the greatest help. Mentors are different at different stages. When I first joined the club, my tutor was the then chairman. Then the VPM of our club. In fact, everyone around you may be your mentor, because everyone has different highlights. The most important thing is that you should take the initiative to discover, not passively accept. Centaurs have a * * * nature, that is, they are very active. Because you chose to join a club, you chose to grow up by yourself.

6. What do you think is the ability of the first horse to give you the most exercise?

Besides speaking, the most exercise is organizational ability. The first horse is like a virtual company, and the system is perfect. The company has budget, expenditure, activities, human resources, public sector and marketing department ... so its different functions can exercise your abilities in all aspects. Personally, I think the most exercise is comprehensive ability.

7. Do you have any suggestions for a start-up club?

Entrepreneurship clubs are like startups. It should be systematized first, then learn from others, and then make your own personality.

Just like a fledgling young man, he must first learn to adapt to this society. Secondly, find your own position in this social process and finally make your own characteristics.

8. What motivates you to stay at the horse head?

Every time I attend a meeting with Touma, I feel full of chicken blood.

I think the motivation comes from myself and from the outside world. This kind of motivation has always driven you to stick to it. This is a gradual process, a process of self-affirmation and external affirmation, and a process of self-demand.

9. How do you think your work can be better combined with the first horse?

In fact, my career has a lot to do with Touma, because I start my own business. In the process of starting a business, a good leader must make many speeches.

Also, I need to have regular meetings. My job is to communicate with guests face to face. Therefore, participating in the first horse race will actually exercise many people's communication methods and language skills. Personally, I feel that it is very helpful to my career.

10. Do you have any plans for your future career?

This year, I am the VPM of our club, and I am responsible for recruiting members. My future plan is to try different positions in the club. In addition, I also want to try to be an official in the central area or regional area. Of course, we should also combine our own energy and ability. Personally, I think it's okay to make some contributions to my club.

I'm not a senior leader, I'm just an active leader. I think besides playing games, I can try other ways to further improve myself, such as participating in other clubs and summits, taking some jobs and positions at summits and enriching my professional experience. Even every small position is the accumulation of your experience, not necessarily in front of the stage, but also behind the scenes. This will be of great help to your career and an experience in life.

Postscript of the interview:

Many people have asked me, "Is it rich to be a horse?" I shook my head. "Is it delicious?" I shook my head again. "Why on earth is this?"

I think the story of Xiao S is the best answer. Your efforts will always repay you in some form at some time.

In the words of Xiao S, I think Douma is really a mysterious organization, which allows a group of paid members who have no salary, no position, no time and no energy to get together every week, rain or shine, like blabla, full of energy, enjoy the stage and are willing to share! What a powerful mysterious attraction!

You, feel it?
