Less than two meters from the mouth of the cave is a steep cliff. Below is a deep pool with a depth of16m and a width of14m. There is a dark brown stone vein opposite the stone wall, which bends down from the mountain to the water's edge, like a black dragon absorbing water. Climbing the stone steps, there is an ancient pagoda-Bagua Cloud Pagoda, also known as Wenchang Pavilion, dedicated to Wenchang Emperor and Kuixing Er Shen. It is the place where early literati held worship, and it is also the landmark building of the Black Dragon Gorge Scenic Area. There is a stone tablet inscribed by Wang Mian, a calligrapher in the Ming Dynasty, which reads "Lingdang is the best" and "Ruodeng is natural".

Only seven or eight meters away from Spider Mountain is the White Crane Forest Mountain, which looks like a gourd. Legend has it that it is made of gourd seedlings from the East China Sea and is called the "Dragon Cave". In its south, there are many temples-Black Dragon Palace and Longshan Temple, which are famous Buddhist and Taoist temples and have been burning incense ever since. There used to be a pagoda tree planted in the Tang Dynasty and a pine tree planted in the Song Dynasty in the temple. These two ancient trees were cut down during the Cultural Revolution, and there are still "Tang Huai" and "White Pine" stone tablets as evidence. Among them, Wang Mian wrote "Rebuilding the Longwang Temple" on November 25th, 21st year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty.

In the Black Dragon Gorge, many natural caves were discovered. According to legend, there are white flowers on the rocky mountain in the cave, hence the name Baihua Cave. People sit in Baihua Cave and look east. The peak above the mountain is Panlongzhai, and the top is Tianmen.
