Who has a person who firmly traps his hand with a rope? It is better to have videos and pictures.

Self-discipline. Practice this more. I usually use two methods.

Method 1: Suitable for long ropes, first make a lasso with one end of the rope, that is, a movable rope loop, and fix the other end in one place, then overlap the rope loops into three small rope loops, put your hand behind the three parallel small rope loops (that is, the little master at the back), then go a little further and tighten the rope loops to your satisfaction, and then turn around to tie your upper arm. Finally, I turned to the place where the rope was fixed. Pull the remaining rope closest to your hand with the hand behind me, keep the rope tight, then untie the fixed end of the rope with the other hand, and then irregularly wind the remaining rope into several circles tied to the upper arm with the rope pulling hand (if you practice more here, it will be easy to loosen if you don't do it well), and then enjoy it.

The second method: the rope can be shorter than the above method. Fold the rope in half, tie a knot at the closed end, and leave a fixed ring about 5 cm (if you feel the owner behind you is sad, you can make the ring bigger). Then hang the rope around your neck and the rope loop behind your back. Then the rope in front is wound around the left arm and the right arm, all of which are three turns for the big arm and two turns for the small arm (commonly known as five flowers). Then, it wraps around the wrist and makes a fast knot. Then, find a place where you can fix the rope, put the rope of your left hand through the loop at the back, and find a place to fix it. Hold the rope in your right hand with your left hand, then put your hands behind your back in parallel. Go a little further and see that the rope is straight, so you can tighten it with both hands. Back off while winding (the tightness is up to you), then tighten the rope to the limit, hang your hands until you can't hang yourself, loosen the rope with your right hand, and tie a knot on the tightened rope (it needs many contacts, actually it's quite simple, I practiced it four times), and the tighter the knot, the better. Then loosen the fixed end of the rope, and you will find your hands hanging tightly on the rope loop behind you. However, this method must be prepared with a knife. If you hold on tight enough, you can't break free. Don't tie yourself in the bathroom. Last time I tied myself to the bathroom and put a knife on the counter where I washed my face. As a result, I wanted to find a knife when I was busy. The bathroom floor was so slippery that I couldn't stand up. It took me four hours. ...

Tightening sleeves and tightening rings are also good things. It is suggested that LZ should learn from them, pay attention to safety, and don't patronize for a while. ...
