1. Registration time and location
Registration time: March 28 to April 1, 2011, 8:30-11:30 am, 13:30 pm —17:00.
Registration location: Personnel and Education Section on the fifth floor or Information Office on the fourth floor of the office building of Haining Administration for Industry and Commerce (No. 384 Changdai Road).
2. Recruitment positions and qualifications
Recruitment position: computer network maintenance position.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for daily computer, network, etc. maintenance.
Recruitment conditions:
(1) Good political quality, law-abiding, decent style, strong sense of work responsibility, and good health;
(2) Haining Local household registration or student origin, bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, born after January 1, 1976.
(3) Be proficient in operating computers.
3. Recruitment and Employment Methods
(1) Registration materials. Applicants can apply with their original ID cards, graduation certificates (2011 full-time college graduates can present materials recommended by the school), household registration book (full-time college graduates can present the household registration page they moved to the school during the college entrance examination) and other originals and copies. . Applicants must provide two recent one-inch photos and fill out a "Haining City Contract Workers Recruitment Form for Non-Establishment Positions".
(2) Examination. The examination is determined based on the registration situation. If the number of applicants exceeds or is equal to 10 times the number of applicants, a combination of written examination and interview will be used. The total score of the written test is 100 points, among which the content of the computer and network maintenance position examination is computer network and software and hardware knowledge. After the written test, interview candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 based on their scores from high scores to low scores. The interview content is public knowledge, and the total interview score is 100 points. After the interview, the comprehensive score will be calculated based on the ratio of written test and interview scores each accounting for 50%. The candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 based on the comprehensive scores from high to low (when the comprehensive scores are the same, the candidate with the higher interview score will be determined as the candidate for physical examination). The physical examination standards refer to the "Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province". Those who fail the physical examination can apply for a re-examination, and those who still fail will be eliminated. The vacancies caused by failure in the physical examination and political examination will be ranked according to the comprehensive performance, and the candidates will be replaced in order from high score to low score.
If the number of applicants is less than 10 times the number of applicants, direct interviews will be used, and the interview results will be the comprehensive scores.
(3) The candidates to be recruited must complete the registration procedures within the time specified in the offer letter. Those who fail to register after the deadline will be deemed to have given up automatically. After recruitment, a labor contract will be signed, and a probation period system will be implemented. After the probation period, the labor contract will be terminated if the employee fails to pass the assessment.
