Introduction of yangjiang dragon boat

Yangjiang Dragon Boat is generally more than 30 meters long, with 50 people sitting and grabbing, and there is also a gongs and drums player on board, which makes the boat strong. After the dragon boat was roasted, it was buried by the river (lake) and was not dug up until April of the following year. The first day to the fourth day is a small steak (competition), and the fifth day is a big steak (final). The winner can get a golden pig, a dragon steamed stuffed bun and many other prizes.

Especially the annual Dragon Boat Festival in Yangjiang is a dragon boat race against the current. Dragon boat racing is a custom in all parts of southern China, and Yangjiang is no exception. Besides the counter-current dragon boat races in Jiangcheng and Dongping, the sea dragon boat races in zhapo are more distinctive. The sea dragon boat race is not deliberately carved like the dragon boat on the river, but is composed of colorful flags inserted by fishermen's daily "boats", showing a rough and primitive beauty, which makes tourists more excited and fascinated.
