What kind of little people scare you?

Just like Anthony Hopkins's description of hannibal lecter in The Silence of the Lambs; ? One of his best performances ever.

Why is lecter so terrible? How did he scare me?

The director did it skillfully. Before he appeared, he introduced lecter, first the dialogue, then the photography.

The dialogue of the director of the shelter enhanced our expectations of lecter; This evil and depraved man is the epitome of evil.

When Dancla Lise walked through the corridor leading to Lecter's cell, these photos reinforced the image of Lecter built by the guards for the audience and clarice.

The first prisoner stood in his bar and cheered her.

The second one is completely passive and unaware of her existence.

The third is extremely active, jumping around his cell like an ape and calling her in vulgar language.

Now, as we approach Wright's cell, we hope he will continue to bargain: prove that he is a model of this insanity and the absolute worst person in the madhouse.

We welcome this.

* Trembling *

Wright stood stiffly in a well-lit cell. When he said "good morning" to clarice politely and gently, there seemed to be no obvious signs of insanity.

So, why does this make me shudder?

Cognitive impairment.

Wright broke our previous expectations of him. He didn't show any signs of insanity, but we knew there was something unusual in him.

An ordinary person looks bored, lying in bed, probably reading a book.

However, he just stood in the middle of the cell, motionless in a perfect posture. It's almost like he's trying to be normal, but only because it's disturbing, because it's not what we call "normal" at all

He knew she was coming, so he decided to do what he thought was the scariest thing, and actually did nothing. There seems to be no feature, so she can't understand him.

This is terrible, because you don't know what to expect from this person now.

Then Lecter introduced the content of magic: his subsequent dialogue with clarice concealed the power of the two characters.

Lecter asked clarice to take out her ID card so that he could read it. Clarice and lecter approached the camera until every side of the picture was close-up.

This will help to make the audience and clarice feel insecure. Wright's face is too close to the camera, which makes us feel uncomfortable, as if it is an invasion of our personal space.

His eyes never blink. His face is calm ... so calm.

Even though lecter is safely fixed in a glass cage, he still makes us feel disarmed, because his manipulative speech and body language make us feel as if we are losing control.

It warns us that lecter is exerting his influence on clarice-his power, even though he can't do anything in his cell.

I also like the photography of that scene. In the picture, clarice seems to be behind the glass, but when Leda is in the picture, it doesn't seem to be, and lists clarice's feelings when Hannibal was imprisoned.

Hannibal lecter is a terrible villain-the little villain is afraid of me-because when we assume that we have this power, he has all the power.

You feel safe, and nothing can hurt you or the people you care about, but there is nothing you can do.

However, his insidious way of moving, talking and evoking images in your mind is enough to make you feel vulnerable.

"I wish we could talk longer, but … I'm having dinner with an old friend."
