How to get a drone license?

The process of obtaining UAV license is: taking training-registration examination-issuing certificate.

The driver's license examination of UAV includes four parts: theoretical subjects, comprehensive questions and answers, practical flight and ground station examination.

The validity period of theoretical examination results is 24 months: from the date of passing the theoretical examination, all subjects can be passed within 24 months, and certificates can be issued. After 24 months, the theoretical test results were invalid and needed to take the theoretical test again.

There are three types of unmanned aerial vehicles: multi-rotor, single rotor and fixed wing. Drone driver's license can also be divided into three types: driver's license (drivers within sight), captain's license (drivers outside sight) and teacher's license.

UAV driver's license candidates: UAV enthusiasts and people who want to engage in UAV-related occupations, as well as employees in aerial photography, surveying and mapping, and agricultural plant protection industries.

Conditions for applying for drone driver's license

1, 16 years old or above, with junior high school education or above.

2. Abide by the law, have no bad behavior, and have no criminal record within three years (provide relevant certificates).

3. Physical requirements: corrected vision 1.0 or above, no color blindness, color weakness, infectious diseases, unintentional cerebrovascular and mental diseases, no disability in limbs and no bad hobbies.

In any of the following circumstances, you may not apply for a driver's license:

1, mass heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis agitans, psychosis, dementia, nervous system diseases that affect limb activities and other diseases that hinder safe flight;

2, smoking, injecting drugs, long-term use of dependent psychotropic drugs addiction has not been quit.

Conditions and grades of driver's license for unmanned aerial vehicles:

1. 1? Qualification requirements

Applicants who meet the following conditions may be issued a driving license within sight by the Bureau:

(a) At least 65-438+06 years old;

(b) No criminal record within three years;

(c) Having a junior high school education or above;

(d) Having completed the aviation knowledge training of the corresponding UAV level required by Article 1.2 of these Provisions, and having a training record signed by the authorized teacher who provided the training or reviewing his self-study to prove that the applicant can take the prescribed theoretical examination;

(5) Having passed the theoretical examination of aviation knowledge required by Article 1.2 of these Provisions;

(f) Having completed the flight skill training of the corresponding UAV category required by Article 1.3 of these Provisions, and the authorized teacher who provided the training has signed his flight experience record book, which proves that the applicant can take the required practice examination;

(g) Before applying for the practice test, meet the flight experience requirements applicable to the applied UAV category in Article 1.4 of these Provisions;

(h) Having passed the actual test of flight skills required by Article 1.3 of these Provisions;

(1) Conforming to the requirements of the relevant provisions of these Rules on the category and grade of the applied unmanned aerial vehicle.
