How is the qualification of a photographer determined?

Photographer's qualification certificate is issued by Photographers Association. Photographers associations are divided into municipal, provincial and national levels. The highest photography certificate is a photography technician, which is divided into three grades: 1, 2 and 3, which is equivalent to the title of engineer. Photographers who want to take the exam in China Photographers Association need to be recommended by photographers associations at or above the provincial level. You have to enter the profession first, and photographers learn to go up one level at a time.
