Brief introduction of Hebei Photographers Association

1958 On July 26th, Tianjin Branch of China Photography Society (predecessor of Hebei Photographers Association) was established, then Tianjin was the capital of Hebei Province. 1964, Tianjin became a municipality directly under the central government again, and Hebei branch of China Photography Society was established separately, with Song as acting chairman, Vice Chairman and Xia as secretary general. 1978, Hebei Federation of Literary and Art Circles held the third committee (enlarged) meeting. According to the opinions of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, it was decided to restore the Hebei Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
