What is a camera macro lens?

Lead: With the development of digital technology, numbers have been integrated into us. Macro lens is a special lens for macro photography, which is mainly used to shoot very fine objects, such as flowers and insects.

What is a camera macro lens?

In order to focus on the object correctly at a very close distance, the macro lens is usually designed to be stretched longer so that the optical center is as far away from the photosensitive element as possible. At the same time, in the design of lens group, we should also pay attention to the control of' deformation and chromatic aberration' at close range.

Most macro lenses have a longer focal length than standard lenses and can be classified as telescope heads. However, the optical design may not be as good as the ordinary telescope head, and it is not completely suitable for general photography.

structure

Macro photographic lenses generally have two structures. One macro photography lens adopts the structure of built-in telescopic lens barrel, and the other adopts the structure of exchanging the front and rear positions of optical lens groups in the lens. The former, in ordinary photography, the photographer can focus normally only by turning the focus ring of the lens. If he wants to take a close shot, as long as the focus ring that has been rotated to the nearest focus position continues to rotate, he can move the entire optical system of the lens forward synchronously with the built-in lens barrel, thereby increasing the image distance and achieving the purpose of close shot. The latter obtains higher image magnification by changing the front and rear positions of the optical lens group in the lens, thus achieving the purpose of close-up.
