1At the beginning of September, 1999, about 200 Chechen militants crossed the border and entered Dagestan (the autonomous Republic of southeastern Russian Federation). Obviously, they are making much ado about nothing (1). A group of Chechen militants led by Amir Omar Karpinski attacked the suburb of Tukhchar village and the "BMP-2" station at the checkpoint. A group of police and 13 Russian troops in Dagestan are stationed in the village. They attacked from behind, because they shot at a group of policemen in Dagestan and were surrounded by Russians, which caused great losses. BMP settlement was finally taken by them, but it took the lives of many Chechen militants. Vasily Desqin, a Russian lieutenant, ordered armored vehicles to be driven out of the trenches, crossed the river and fired at cars full of rebels, so as to get close to them quickly, but this was a huge mistake: the shooting of rocket-propelled grenades on the BMP website prevented the attack. As a result, the shooter on the tank was killed and the driver was injured.

The defensive war ended, but what happened next was that many Russians and Dagestan police either hid in the attic of the village, in the basement, or even in the cornfield, or tried to avoid the Chechens who occupied the area at that time. Five Russian soldiers fired in stages from a house, trying to delay the shooting until they ran out of ammunition. At this time, the sound of machine guns and shells from Grenade launchers convinced them that it was time to surrender. The villagers obviously thought that there were so many Russians, so they handed over the sixth Russian soldier to Chechen reactionaries. (2) On the order of Amir Omar, they took the prisoners to an open area of the outpost, and the detailed process of this incident was recorded by photographer Islanu Mukaeva. Emil Omar (then leader of the armed forces) was furious when he learned about the number of soldiers killed in BMP settlement (it seemed that someone else peed on him), so he ordered the execution of prisoners and let his men watch on the spot. He ordered his men to cut off the prisoners' heads. Five people, including Lieutenant Tashkin, had their throats cut off by half (so their pain was more serious), or in fact their heads were cut off, but private Alexei Lipatov was shot only once, which was an exception (not beheaded), because he managed to escape, and a militant guy followed him, but then he suddenly wanted to shit (just stopped), so he shot private Alexei Lipatov. The last person killed in the video (perhaps the most cruel perspective in the video) was personally executed by Amir Omar Karpinski, but the video ended at this time (this may be the end of the video), and it is not clear what the problem is now (4) direct translation: and (always) it is a problem from the past to the present.

In 2000, the National Security Council of the Russian Federation and the former Soviet Union captured the photographer Islanu Mukayeva and found his video materials. Hearing someone say that he is the photographer who made this video, he incited that person with a knife. He was accused of terrorism and was a member of an illegal organization, so he was sentenced to 25 years in prison. At that time, his videos helped to identify other criminals who were later killed, arrested and still wanted. In the process of arresting photographer Islanu Mukaeva, the police also seized weapons, ammunition and a video tape about the execution of Russian technical veterans (but the details of this video tape are still unclear).

(1). Obviously looking for trouble. Obviously, they are looking for shit that can mate, which means: it is obvious that they are making trouble by making trouble.

(2) A six was handed in by villagers who were obviously not optimistic about Russia.) It was submitted by villagers who obviously didn't expect so many Russians at that time.

(3) The radical chasing Lipatov soon got tired of this shit and shot him.

The militant who dared to chase Lipatov was annoyed by the "shit strike" and shot him directly instead. Note: the shit strike is because he wants to relieve the shit and force him to stop chasing, not written by the chased person, because what the other party wrote has nothing to do with the "strike"

(4) For the time being. And (always) is a problem (from the past) to the present.
