: Precautions for Panmen Tourism

1. It is suggested to climb the Ruiguang Tower. You can only buy tickets in cash. Remember to prepare cash.

2. From the south gate of Panmen, you can overlook Wumen Bridge, the largest single-hole stone arch bridge in Suzhou.

You can take a free paddle boat in the south of Wuxiang Temple. The boat passed under the two sluices of Panmen, and the scenery was excellent. The boat went to the moat outside the city and went back the same way. The whole journey takes about 10 minute.

The first batch of two water bus lines in Suzhou were put into trial operation, with Panmen scenic dock as the transfer point.

On September 28th, 2008, Suzhou tourism had a new experience, and the first two water bus lines were put into trial operation. Water bus lines 1 and 2 were put into trial operation. The transfer point of the two lines is Panmen Scenic Pier, and the 1 line goes east to Ouyuan Scenic Pier. Line 2 goes west to Baijuyi Wharf. In the trial operation stage, the departure times of the two water bus trains are 10:00 am, 1 1:00 am, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm respectively, and the two-way running time is about 30 minutes.
