How to make fish fillets?

Fish fillets can be used to make delicious fried thin fillets. Common practices are as follows:

Preparation materials: 1 box of fish fillets, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/5 spoons of pepper, 1 spoon of raw flour, 1/6 spoons of salt and 2 spoons of barbecue materials.

1. First prepare the required fish fillets, as shown in the following figure:
