Funerals, carnivals and shooting parties at the end of the century

The story begins with the Old Testament. I want to destroy all human beings, birds and animals, because I regret creating them.

The funeral was out of control because of a fart, and the arrival of crazy guests turned the funeral into a carnival at the end of the century. Santa Claus killed everyone, ordered the landlord to build an ark, went into the basement and drew yellow words on the wall.

I haven't seen this weird movie for a long time. There are singing scenes in the ruins, like clowns out of the background in cartoons, indoor snow, curly-haired men and saints whining in a bathtub full of green apples, and finally everyone is talking nonsense.
