1. Establish a security organization for surveying and mapping geographic information.

2. Personnel engaged in classified surveying and mapping business shall have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, sign a letter of confidentiality responsibility, and receive confidentiality education.

3. Establish and improve the safety management system of surveying and mapping geographic information. Clarify the requirements for the management of confidential personnel, key departments, confidential equipment and storage media, the whole process of confidential surveying and mapping results, and self-inspection of confidentiality.

4. Clear the approval process and responsible person for the use of classified surveying and mapping results. Without approval, the results of classified surveying and mapping shall not be taken away from the key departments of classified.

5. Secret storage media should be managed by special personnel, and a ledger should be established; Confidential equipment and storage media should be labeled with confidential identification; Confidential computers and confidential storage media are not allowed to access the Internet or other public information networks; Physical isolation between classified networks and the Internet or other public information networks; Closed management of external ports of classified computers.

6. Establish and improve the security and confidentiality management system of classified surveying and mapping field work, implement the supervisory personnel and confidentiality responsibilities, and incorporate the classified computers used in the field work into the classified single machine for management.

7. Registration and long-term preservation of the acquisition, holding, provision and utilization of geographic information belonging to state secrets, and traceability management.

Engaged in surveying and mapping activities, shall abide by the confidentiality laws, regulations and other relevant provisions.
