Although Aershan is not in Hulunbuir, most friends who travel to Hulunbuir will go to Aershan National Forest Park.

:April 10-10, go on a road trip. On the first day, the distance from Anshan to Aershan was 730 kilometers. Depart at 5 o'clock. In the morning, we passed through Changchun and Songyuan and arrived at Chagan Lake at 9 o'clock. The journey is 195 kilometers and lasts 2 hours. Chagan Lake is located in the northwest of Guoqian County, Jilin Province, also known as Chagan Nur. It is a white lake. It is 37 kilometers long from north to south and 17 kilometers wide from east to west, with a total area of ??600,000 acres, a water storage capacity of 700 million cubic meters, an average water depth of 2.5 meters, and a maximum water depth of 6 meters. It is connected to three nearby sister lakes, namely Xindianpao, Xinmiaopao and Kulibao. The 128-kilometer-long lake coastline is winding and winding, with beautiful environment and charming scenery. We can follow the opposite direction of the general tour, from far to near, starting from Tianchi in Tuofeng Ridge, so that the scenic spots will not be too crowded.

The entire scenic spot is very large. The nearest Tuofeng Ridge is 60 kilometers away from the gate of the Forest Park. The scenery here is mainly forests, volcanic ruins, as well as volcanic lakes, Halaha River and other scenic spots, making you feel extremely relaxed in the world, wandering in the woods, grasslands, waterside, and mountains.

At noon, I had dinner at a restaurant in the scenic area. The quality is average, but the quantity is relatively large and the price is relatively expensive, but it is still within an acceptable range. In the afternoon, go to Jinjianggou Hot Spring to take a bath. At Jinjianggou Hot Spring, not far from the Forest Park Scenic Area, the bathing ticket of 68 yuan should be good, but you don’t have to swim.

On the third day, Xingyi League and Hu Meng League drifted northward from Hulunbuir Grassland and Hala River. There are mountains on both sides and we walked more than 70 kilometers. When we passed a place called Hangaida, we saw a very beautiful grassland. The mountains here have turned into undulating grasslands, with small flowers blooming on the green grasslands and large groups of cattle and sheep scattered on the grasslands. Return to Aershan city in the afternoon. Floating north toward Rose Peak, the Halaha River is steeped in history. The upper reaches of the river originate from the Greater Khingan Mountains, flow through the Forest Park Scenic Area, and the lower reaches become the border river between China and Mongolia.

The river rafting section is large, the flow speed is stable, the average water depth is 1m, and the rafting is over.

On the fourth day, return to Anshan.

2. Aershan tourist route

There are also hot spring museums, geological museums, ski resorts, etc. The forest is only one of the tourism projects in Aershan, covering the main tourist attractions in Aershan, such as Rose Peak, Shitang Forest, Tianchi, Santan Gorge, Tuofeng Ridge, etc. But it's not everything to see on the tour. From 1997 to 1998, The company began to gradually explore and operate. At that time, only three scenic spots, Shitang Forest, Dujuan Lake, and Tianchi Mountain, were briefly developed. However, Aershan Forest Park has only about 10 employees. The infrastructure was simple back then. The more than 70 kilometers of road from the city to the scenic spot are all simple gravel roads (this road is used by the Forestry Bureau to transport firewood). At that time, only a few hundred tourists could come every year, and most of them were reception tourists. On January 20, 2000, after planning, review, and evaluation, the State Forestry Administration approved it as a national forest park. A governing body was then established. At that time, the management agency only had 20 people, and it only did simple tourism management, receiving only a few thousand tourists every year. For publicity, travel companies and the Great Forest Travel Agency were established. In 2003, the number of employees gradually increased to 30, and the Santan Gorge Scenic Area and the Tuofeng Ridge Scenic Area were simply developed. The infrastructure at that time was very weak. The simple plank roads were paved with stone slabs, and the trestles built with wooden poles were such simple reception facilities.

In 2005, in order to accelerate the development of Aershan tourism, the autonomous region established the Aershan Chaihe Tourism Development Co., Ltd., started large-scale infrastructure construction, and newly developed the Chidi Scenic Area and the Grand Canyon Scenic Area. At that time, the road in the scenic area was only 3.5 meters wide. Under such conditions, the annual reception turnover increased from more than 600,000 yuan to more than 1 million yuan, and the number of people entering the scenic spot soared from a few hundred to tens of thousands.

4. How long does it take to visit Aershan?

July to January of the following year is the best time to travel to Aershan. Aershan is a place with four distinct seasons, each season has its own characteristics.

The winter here is relatively long. Generally, the temperature will slowly rise after May and the flowers will bloom in spring. Soon, summer will begin in June, but the temperature here is still low, so many people will choose to come here to escape the summer heat, see the lakes and mountains, and experience the fun of picnicking and camping. Of course, there are many insects and mosquitoes here, so you can prepare some toilet water yourself. Autumn here is even more charming, with golden grasslands and magnificent canyons.

This kind of beauty cannot be replaced by other places; the winter here is deep and quiet, covered with white snow everywhere, pure and flawless.

5. How long does it take to visit Aershan

Maybe you wear a short-sleeved shirt in the middle of the day and maybe a jacket in the evening. So I’m not sure what to wear when taking photos in Aershan. Always pay attention to weather changes!

6. Aershan travel time

Aershan-Chaihe Scenic Area is located in the Daxinganling Mountains, with a total area of ??13,168.7 square kilometers. It governs Aershan National Forest Park, Haosengou National Forest Park, Chaihe National Key Scenic Area, etc. It is the essence of tourism in eastern Inner Mongolia. In 2009, the scenic spot was awarded the national 4A-level tourist area.
